Q: What type of products and brands do you supply?
A: Everything from a basic automatic camera to an extensive home entertainment system. We are authorised dealers for all the major brands and are very price competitive.

Q: What if I can't see the item I want on the site?
A: Simply ask us, either by sending an email or telephoning our showroom, and we'll do what we can to get the item in stock for you.

Q: How can you compete with High Street Chain Stores?
A: Our large showroom and high stock holding means we can offer all the major brands in one location. And with our 26 years experience of dealing with suppliers and handling bulk buying also means we can offer extremely competitive prices, especially online. And, having grown originally from a small company, we are focused on providing the professional, knowledgeable customer service that we know our customers expect.

Q: How can I pay for my goods?
A: You can pay for your purchase by cheque or postal order, all major credit cards, or even one of our finance packages. Again, simply ask our sales staff or send us an email for more information.

Q: When will my goods be delivered?
A: We can deliver most products within 2-3 working days on clearance of your payment within the UK. If there is a delay or problem that prevents this from being the case, we'll let you know. For more information click here.

Q: What if I live outside the UK?
A: We're happy to deliver to addresses outside the UK and use only the leading courier companies to get your purchases to you safely and as quickly as possible. In most cases, you will have your product within 5 - 7 days on clearance of your payment. For more information click here.

Q: What about guarantees and back-up service?

Q: I'd like the security of extended warranty protection. Can I purchase this from you?
A: Of course, we offer 3 and 5 Years Extended Warranty Cover backed by Domestic and General Insurance. Many of our customers purchase this for extra peace of mind. Q: What information do you collect and why?
A: The basic details we collect when you register on the site are used simply to form a member profile to make repeat purchasing quick and efficient, keep a history of what you have purchased and allow you to track your orders, from payment to delivery. We will definitely not pass your details on to third parties.
